As Finance & Administration assistant, your purpose will be to assist in all financial and administrative tasks for the Dutch office covering the EU and the Rest of the World. A role to lead with strong values and ethics.

Based in Purmerend, the Netherlands and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer EU & RoW your role will include the following:
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare tax documents for the organization
• Enter financial data into the system
• Update financial records
• Create cost analysis reports for other departments
• Maintain financial policies throughout the company
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports
• Keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist in general administrative tasks
• Act as financial and legal contact person for 3rd parties
The ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills, and attributes
Education and Qualifications
● Degree in Finance, accounting or relevant field

Experience
● >2-3 year’s experience in a similar role
